Correction to: Optimization of Ultrasonic Extraction of Major Phenolic Components from Flowers of Ghav-Patta (Argyreia Speciosa Linn.) Via Response Surface Model

Ultrasound-assisted extraction (UAE) or ultrasonic technology has been used for the isolation of bioactive compounds from Argyreia speciosa (Linn. f.) Sweet plant (family: Convolvulaceae). is an Indian traditional medicinal having strong evidence various properties widely in Ayurveda. Dried flowers were and response surface methodology (RSM) was to optimize conditions yield total phenolics antioxidants A. (ASF) respect three variables: temperature, power, time. Damage structural changes studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) Fourier-transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy techniques. The optimum UAE obtained RSM phenolic content ASF 42.41°C 43.62 % 26.51 min process time maximum antioxidant activity DPPH radical scavenging 41.36°C 57.02 26.63 min. These findings showed that under increased percentage compounds. SEM results there no relevant damage cells, FTIR verified chemical structure. It concluded method effective technique enhancing yields major flowers.
